How to attribute Google Ads calls in CRM

If your business runs Google Ads to a phone number, this guide explains how to get those calls into your CRM with the right Lead Source — without dynamic number insertion.

1. Tag each campaign phone in LeadCall

In Command Center, mark the handset that receives Google Ads calls as a Campaign phone. Add a Lead Source row that matches your CRM picklist (for example Google Ads · May).

2. Install the app on that work phone

Reps sign in once on the LeadCall Android app. The device pairs to your workspace and listens for incoming and missed calls in the background.

3. Verify Leads and Calls in your CRM

Place a test call from an unknown number. Within seconds you should see a Calls activity and a new Lead with the assigned source. Missed-call tests should create a Task.

4. Review sync failures weekly

Use the sync review queue to resolve ambiguous matches and retry failed pushes before they pile up.
