How is pricing calculated?
LeadCall is billed per connected phone. The per-phone rate depends on your volume tier: Starter (1–10 phones), Growth (11–49 phones), or Scale (50+ phones). Annual billing saves 12% compared to monthly.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
Yes. A valid credit card is required to start the 14-day trial. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
What happens after the trial?
Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the selected billing interval (monthly or annual).
What do launch customers receive?
Customers who subscribe on or before December 31, 2026 receive one additional phone at no extra cost on top of their paid plan, plus all future LeadCall platform features included in their subscription.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle and your per-phone rate automatically adjusts to your current tier.
Are there any setup fees?
No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden charges. You only pay for the phones you connect.
