Introduction
What LeadCall is, who it is for, and how it fits into your inbound call workflow.
What is LeadCall?
LeadCall captures, attributes, and helps recover phone leads on Android work phones. It runs on your team's handsets, captures every inbound and missed call, and automatically creates CRM records within seconds — Calls activities, new Lead records for unknown numbers, and follow-up Tasks for missed calls. No call forwarding required, no number swaps, no rewiring your phone system. Reps keep using the same phones they always have.
Who is it for?
LeadCall is built for any team that runs paid ads to a phone number and needs to know which campaign drove each call:
- Medical, dental, and aesthetic clinics where appointments start with a phone call
- Service businesses — locksmiths, movers, home services — where every missed call is a missed quote
- Multi-location operators who need per-location attribution and cross-branch reporting
- Any sales team with a CRM that is tired of manually logging inbound calls

Android only for now
The LeadCall app runs on Android 8.0 and above. The manager dashboard works in any modern browser on any device. iOS support is on the roadmap — see the Roadmap page for details.
How it works in four steps
- Install the LeadCall app on each work phone and sign in with your workspace credentials.
- Configure each device in the dashboard as a Campaign phone or Sales-rep phone, then add the campaign metadata that should travel into Zoho.
- LeadCall listens passively for inbound and missed campaign calls, and can also capture outbound sales-rep callbacks for recovery reporting.
- Within seconds of a call ending, the metadata is pushed to LeadCall in real time, queued for Zoho, and visible in the manager dashboard without refreshing.
- New campaign callers become Leads tagged with the active device source; known Contacts get Calls activities; duplicate Lead matches are recorded without creating another Lead; missed calls can generate follow-up Tasks.
Managers can use Command Center to inspect devices and reps in real time, configure campaign metadata, export call logs, retry failed syncs, backfill historical unsynced calls, and manually resolve ambiguous CRM matches. Green activity indicators show which devices are online or recently active.
