Integrations are built in order of customer demand. If your CRM is not listed, email hello@leadcall.tech to register your interest — it directly influences the roadmap priority.
Platform expansion
The LeadCall app currently runs on Android only. iOS support is on the roadmap but does not have a firm timeline. iOS imposes significantly tighter restrictions on background call detection than Android, which means the iOS implementation requires a different technical approach. We will announce iOS availability through the in-app notification centre and on the LeadCall website when it is ready.
Call recording — not available yet
Call recording is not currently available in LeadCall. Android restricts microphone access during phone calls for apps that are not part of the operating system itself. That means third-party apps like LeadCall cannot reliably capture both sides of a call.
The recording infrastructure is already built and will be enabled when a compliant path becomes available — for example, through a device manufacturer API or a distribution model that meets Android's requirements. Until then, LeadCall continues to capture call metadata (number, time, duration, and type) without audio.
