Features
Everything included in the LeadCall platform at launch — dashboard, mobile app, website, and integrations.
Manager dashboard
The LeadCall dashboard is a Next.js application that runs in any modern browser. It gives managers full visibility into devices, calls, reps, and Zoho CRM sync status — all updating in real time without page refreshes.
Real-time streaming
The dashboard streams updates live over WebSocket via GraphQL subscriptions. New call logs appear instantly as devices sync. Device activity indicators update in real time. The Zoho sync queue streams live status changes. Managers can leave the page open during peak hours and watch everything resolve without refreshing.
- Live call log events — new calls appear the moment a device syncs them
- Device activity indicators — green dot means online or recently active, gray means offline
- Zoho sync queue status — pending, failed, and resolved rows update live
- Sync review directly from call logs — retry failed syncs or resolve ambiguous matches inline
Interactive product tours
Every manager-facing page includes a guided interactive tour that walks new users through the interface. Tours auto-start on first visit, remember completion in localStorage, and can be restarted at any time via the HelpCircle button. All tour text is translated into 3 languages and follows the dashboard locale.

Command Center
A live operations workspace for inspecting devices and reps. Switch between an interactive mind-map view and a grid of device cards. Filter by date range, search devices by name or model, and open device configuration panels without leaving the page.
Call logs and exports
View every synced call in list or card layout. Search by contact name or phone number. Filter by call type (incoming, missed, declined, outgoing), scope (national, international), and device. Export any filtered date range as a CSV file.
Statistics and reporting
Analyze call patterns with date-range filtering, preset periods, and per-device breakdowns. Summary cards show totals, incoming, missed, declined, and outgoing counts. Charts include country distribution, daily stacked trends, and hourly traffic curves.
Pricing and plans
LeadCall pricing is simple: every feature is included in every plan. The only variable is the number of device seats — how many phones can be signed in and syncing at the same time. Managers, dashboard users, and admin accounts do not count against the seat limit.
- All features included — Command Center, Zoho CRM integration, CSV exports, real-time streaming, and every dashboard page are available on every plan
- Seat-based pricing — pay only for the number of active devices syncing calls
- Monthly or annual billing — annual plans include a discount
- Add seats anytime — increase device capacity from the billing page without changing plans
No feature tiers
We do not gate features behind plan levels. Every company gets the full LeadCall platform. If you need more devices, you add more seats.
Early access and trials
LeadCall can assign early access or trial periods to individual companies before they commit to a paid plan. This is useful for pilot programs, sales evaluations, or onboarding new teams.
- Trial workspaces — companies can start on a time-limited trial with full feature access
- Trial end date shown in the dashboard — managers see the exact expiration date on the billing page
- Grace period alerts — the dashboard warns when a trial is about to expire
- Seamless transition — moving from trial to paid is a single click; all data, devices, and configurations carry over
- Custom early access — individual companies can be flagged for extended or early access to new features as they roll out

Zoho CRM integration
LeadCall connects to Zoho CRM via OAuth 2.0 and pushes every valid campaign call into your CRM within seconds. It creates Calls activities, new Lead records for unknown numbers, and follow-up Tasks for missed calls.
- Calls activities — linked to matched Contacts or new Leads with call type, duration, and timestamp
- Lead creation — new callers become Leads tagged with the active campaign source and device metadata
- Duplicate handling — single Lead matches are recorded without creating a second Lead; ambiguous matches are flagged for manual resolution
- Missed-call Tasks — configurable subject and due-date offset for follow-up reminders
- Owner mapping — map LeadCall reps to Zoho CRM users so created records carry the right owner
- Campaign assignment — link devices to Zoho campaigns with a configurable lead source; the live campaign list is fetched directly from Zoho
- Smart field picker — searchable dropdown of writable Zoho CRM fields for custom campaign metadata mappings
- Sync review queue — review, retry, and resolve every sync attempt from the dashboard or directly from call logs
- Historical backfill — queue unsynced inbound and missed calls from any date range into Zoho
Zoho Cliq notifications
LeadCall sends real-time notifications to a Zoho Cliq channel whenever a duplicate Lead is detected. Managers configure the target channel under Settings → Integrations → Cliq. A command token is generated for secure channel posting, and notifications include the caller number and campaign source so the team can act quickly.
Prefix blacklist
Managers can define a list of phone number prefixes whose calls are silently dropped and never pushed to Zoho CRM. This is used to filter landline number ranges that are known not to be leads. Calls matching a blacklisted prefix are still stored in the call log but skipped during Zoho sync.
Custom CRM field mapping
Device campaign assignments can include custom Zoho CRM field mappings. When a new Lead is created from a call, any fields configured in the assignment metadata under the zoho_crm namespace are written directly onto the Lead record. The smart field picker provides a searchable dropdown of writable Zoho CRM fields so managers can map metadata without memorizing API names.
Android mobile app
The LeadCall app runs on Android 8.0 and above. It monitors inbound and missed calls in the background and syncs metadata to the dashboard in real time. Reps never need to open the app during the workday — it just works.
- Background call detection — listens passively for inbound, missed, and qualified outbound callback calls
- Real-time sync — pushes call metadata to the dashboard within seconds of a call ending
- Custom bottom tab bar — curved SVG notch design with centered action button and animated selection bump
- Date range filtering and search on the Call Logs screen
- Business Sync toggle — pause all syncing temporarily from app settings
- RTL locale support — automatic app reload when switching between LTR and RTL languages
- Mandatory update system — checks for required updates on launch and prompts with release notes
What the app never touches
LeadCall does not request microphone, SMS, contacts, location, or storage permissions. It captures only call metadata: number, type, duration, timestamp, and the locally-saved contact name if available. Call recording is not available at launch due to Android OS restrictions on third-party apps.
Marketing website
The LeadCall website is built with Next.js and serves as the public face of the product. It hosts the full documentation site and explains the product to prospective customers.
- Dark glass design with frosted surfaces and emerald accent colors
- Theme provider with dark mode support across all pages
- Encryption trust section explaining phone-number encryption at rest
- FAQ and security sections on the homepage
- Full documentation site with search, navigation groups, and multi-language content
- Ubiquitous language glossary documenting shared product vocabulary
Platform-wide
Features that span the entire LeadCall platform and benefit every user.
- Multi-language support in dashboard, mobile app, and website — English, Turkish, and Arabic
- Phone number encryption at rest — every stored number is encrypted with AES-256-GCM; only authorized accounts can decrypt for display or Zoho sync
- Country auto-detection for national vs. international call classification in stats and exports
- Time-based campaign assignments — historical calls keep the source that was active when they happened
- Device nicknames and role assignment — Campaign phone or Sales-rep phone with configurable metadata
- CSV exports by preset or custom date range from the call logs page
- Password strength validation — real-time indicator checking length, uppercase, numbers, and special characters
- In-app update system — the Android app checks for mandatory updates on every launch and prompts with release notes
