Billing and device seats

How subscription plans, device seats, and trials work in the LeadCall dashboard.

How plans work

Every LeadCall workspace is on a subscription plan with a device seat limit. A seat is one active phone registered under your company. The seat count controls how many devices can be signed in and syncing at the same time — not how many managers use the dashboard.

View your billing details

Managers can see the current plan from Settings → Billing in the dashboard. The billing page shows your plan name, billing interval (monthly or annual), next renewal date, and how many device seats are included.

When you reach the seat limit

If all seats are in use, new device registrations are blocked until you free a seat or upgrade your plan. To free a seat, deactivate a device you no longer use from Devices or Command Center. To add more seats, upgrade your plan from the billing page.

Existing devices keep working

Reaching your seat limit does not disconnect phones that are already registered. It only prevents additional devices from joining until capacity is available.

Trial periods

Some workspaces start on a trial plan. When a trial is active, the billing page shows the trial end date so you know when the paid period begins. Plan changes, renewals, and cancellations are reflected automatically — you do not need to contact support to see an updated renewal date after upgrading.
