Frequently asked questions
Answers pulled from the product docs: setup, Android devices, CRM sync, attribution, privacy, and operations.
How are phone numbers protected?
Phone numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Company-scoped HMAC-SHA256 hashes support lookup and deduplication without exposing readable numbers in storage.
Which CRM does LeadCall support today?
Zoho CRM is live today. LeadCall can create call activities, leads for unknown callers, missed-call tasks, owner mapping, campaign assignment, and sync review workflows. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, and more are planned.
What is the Command Center?
Command Center is the manager map for companies, managers, reps, and devices. It shows active devices, call counts, online/offline indicators, assignments, and device details in one workspace.
Do we need to change our phone numbers or use call forwarding?
No. Reps keep using the same Android work phones and published numbers. LeadCall captures incoming and missed calls on the device, so you do not need tracking numbers, forwarding, or DNI to get CRM attribution.
What happens when a call is missed?
LeadCall can create a CRM task for the mapped rep, keep the missed call in the dashboard, and show it in analytics so managers can track recovery instead of relying on memory.
