How LeadCall creates CRM tasks for missed calls

LeadCall can automatically create a CRM Task when a campaign phone misses an inbound call, so reps see a follow-up item with the caller number and campaign source.

Missed calls from paid campaigns are high-intent leads. This guide explains the Task workflow LeadCall uses so nothing waits in a voicemail inbox.

1. Enable missed-call capture on campaign phones

In Command Center, set the device role to Campaign phone. The app must stay signed in and have background permissions on Android.

2. Configure Task subject and due date

Workspace settings define the CRM task subject line and how many hours until due. Use wording your reps already recognize in your CRM.

3. What appears in your CRM

Each missed call creates a Task linked to the campaign source active at call time. The assigned CRM user follows your rep-to-owner mapping.

4. Manager review

Failed Task creation appears in the sync review queue — retry or resolve ambiguous CRM matches from the dashboard.
