Blocking landline prefixes from Zoho sync

Stop specific number ranges — such as landlines — from creating Leads in Zoho while keeping them in your call log.

What the prefix blacklist does

The prefix blacklist lets you block calls whose numbers start with certain digits from being sent to Zoho CRM. This is useful when you know a number range is unlikely to be a lead — for example, landline prefixes in your market that should not create CRM records.

Where to configure it

  1. Sign in to the LeadCall manager dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations → Zoho.
  3. Add one prefix per line in the prefix blacklist field.
  4. Save your changes.

Accepted prefix formats

You can enter prefixes in any of these forms — LeadCall normalizes them automatically:

  • +9850 — international format with plus sign
  • 009850 — international dialing prefix form
  • 9850 — digits only

All three examples above block the same number range.

What happens to blocked calls

  • The call still appears in your LeadCall call log and dashboard — device sync is not affected.
  • The call is not sent to Zoho and does not create a Lead, Call activity, or Task.
  • If a call was already queued for Zoho before you added the prefix, that sync row is marked as blocked.

Review before you block

Start with prefixes you are confident are landlines or non-lead ranges. You can always remove a prefix later if you need those calls in Zoho again.
